How does it work?
Shortwave infrared is a region of the light spectrum, like that generated by the sun, that emits heat invisible to the eye. Shortwave infrared waves pass through the atmosphere without turning into heat, because they only turn into heat when they hit denser material than air. This way we do not heat the atmosphere and consequently have no losses. Harmless infrared light is used to increase the vibration in our cells, giving a pleasantly soothing warmth throughout the body. This heating is only suitable for heating outdoors or anywhere where atmospheric heating is not possible or sensible. Shortwave infrared heating is the most economical heating system on the market, it is silent, odourless and does not burn oxygen.
