How does it work?
Water needs a lot of energy or heat to change from a liquid to a gas. During the transition from liquid to gaseous state, water absorbs heat from its surroundings, which in turn cools the nearby atmosphere.
To efficiently and as quickly as possible move water from a liquid to a gaseous aggregate state, it is necessary to pressurise the water at high pressure to disperse it as much as possible when passing through the micro-nozzles, practically to the molecular level. The resulting water mist allows a very rapid transition of the aggregate state and consequently efficient cooling of the surroundings.
IMPORTANT! The minimum pressure for an effective water mist is 60 bar!
