Description

CLAGE E-mini MBH series are hydraulic instantaneous water heaters with a compact design that provide energy-efficient hot water directly at the sink or basin. The hot water outlet temperature is optimised as soon as it flows through the mixer, allowing immediate use. The package includes a T-piece and a flexible connecting hose for connection to a corner valve under the sink or basin. The heaters work with both pressure and non-pressure fittings.

CLAGE instantaneous water heaters are the most efficient solution for hot water supply. Instead of pre-heating and storing the water, as conventional boilers do, it is heated up as it passes through the unit. This avoids heat loss through the walls of the storage tank (boiler) and water and energy losses in the pipework. In addition, there is no need for dual hot and cold water installations, as only the cold water supply is sufficient.

 

IMPORTANT!
Decentralised hot water systems have another major advantage. Each outlet (tap) has its own source of water heating. In conventional centralised systems, if a boiler fails, there is no hot water, while decentralised systems still provide hot water through the other points, even if one of them fails.

Beauty salons and other business users will especially appreciate the latter.

IMPORTANT!
Instantaneous water heaters can be installed in existing two-pipe installations by passing cold water through the heater at the outlet point itself (sink, shower, etc.) or hot water if you want to heat hot water, for example when using solar heating, which makes sense to exploit further. In new buildings or adaptations, considerable savings can be made by installing a single-pipe cold water system, as no hot water pipes are needed. At the same time, investment in expensive equipment such as circulation pumps, expansion tanks, sensors, etc. is avoided.

Even the proverbially economical heat pumps are no match for instantaneous water heaters.
